One of the leading causes of disputes between landlords and tenants is the cleanliness of the house following the lease term. The tenant should hand over the property in a similar condition that it was originally given to them. A specialist cleaning service is the best bet to get the job done properly. You will avoid any chance of bond deduction when you use a professional cleaning company to clean your residence at the conclusion of the lease term.

Here at Exit Cleaners Melbourne we have a team of committed cleaners and service staff, who embrace the responsibility to maximise your bond return. Our 48 hour inspection guarantee makes sure that if any items do require a more thorough clean, we will come back to rectify it free of charge. We also provide you with a Certificate of Bond Clean which you can use to show the agency proof of professional service. This way, the property manager will know you had the residence professionally cleaned and hopefully this will speed up the bond return process.

Rest assured, our staff hiring and training procedures are thorough. This ensures the safety of both our staff and the home itself.
